AC Boxing Promotions held a press conference, calling on the Ministry of Sport, corporate entities, and the public to support their upcoming fundraising efforts.
Imms Moses, representing AC Boxing Promotions, announced plans to host a ten-bout boxing event on August 16th at the Roman Catholic Hall in Windhoek.
One of the night's highlights will see WBO Africa Super Featherweight Champion Flames Nangolo defending his title against a challenger from Ghana, whose identity remains undisclosed for now.
Also set to appear are popular local fighters including Harry Simon Jr., Charles Shinima, Ruaan Rasper, and other rising talents from the AC Boxing Gym.
But to bring this fight night to life, Moses says funding is crucial.
Moses further extended an open invitation to other boxing promoters in Namibia to challenge his fighters and take part in the August 16th event.
Meanwhile, headliner Flames Nangolo is currently training in the United States as he gears up for his upcoming title defence.
