Namibian Boxers too strong for Malawi and SA

The much-anticipated "Back To Action" boxing bonanza took place Saturday night at the Safari Court and Hotel. 

The event, which was attended by the Minister of Justice, Yvonne Dausab, and the Minister of Sport, Youth and National Service, Agnes Tjongarero, hosted 15 bouts altogether.

Ngutenanye defends WBA Pan Africa Flyweight title

Swakopmund-based Fillemon Nghutenanye retained his WBA Pan Africa Flyweight title by flooring Ally Ngwando in the 7th round of their fight this weekend.

Ahead of the fight, 27-year-old  Fillemon Nghutenanye of the MTA Boxing Gym had a record of winning 9 out of his 10 fights, with one draw.

Namibia Sport Expo to take place next month
