The Women's U19 National Cricket Team, will be known as the U19 Capricorn Eagles after Capricorn Group became the official sponsor of the team. 

The Debmarine Desert Jewels Netball team clinched the bronze medal  at the Pacific Netball Series held in Brisbane, Australia, from June 10 to June 15.

This was achieved after they beat Samoa 54-36  last week Saturday.
