The Student Union of Namibia has called on the government to delay the proposed standardisation of higher education admission requirements.

The Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) has gazetted new regulations under the Health Professions Act of 2024, which was published in May this year. The regulations upgraded the admission requirements for nurses.
