Rural communities get connected to road network

Namibia and Germany have co-funded two road projects in the Ohangwena Region for N$140 million. 

The communities of Omukukutu-Omboloka in Oshikunde and Omulondo-Oshuuli in Ohangwena have been crying for a better road network.

They described him as a historian, herbalist, poet, and artist of note.

Known as the Damara cultural father, Michael Doëseb was born in Omaruru 73 years ago.

Welwitschia Private Hospital addresses beds shortage

The Welwitschia Private Hospital has inaugurated a N$16 million paediatric ward to accommodate the high demand for beds.

The capacity of the paediatric ward at Welwitschia Private Hospital has increased from 11 to 19 beds.

With the upgrade, the hospital recruited an additional eight nurses.
