Mahongora Kavihuha claims that Namibia is not integrating the international conventions, the country has ratified, into the legal system so that they be recognised and benefit the labour force. Namibia is said to have ratified 17 conventions of the International Labour Organisation with more soon to be ratified. Kavihuha was speaking to nbc news on the sideline of a workshop aimed at establishing mechanisms for consultations on international labour standards.
