Chairperson of National Leaders assigned to the |Khomas Region, Pohamba Shifeta has urged SWAPO PARTY members to familiarise themselves with the party's Constitution and code of conduct to avoid infights. Shifeta made the call at the party's Ordinary Congress of the |Khomas Region.
