Young unemployed people are flocking to the Windhoek Agricultural and Industrial Show to find menial jobs. One such person is Immanuel Shipanga who lost his job in August as a result of retrenchments in the construction sector. Shipanga now earns an average of N$400 a day as a car guard at the showgrounds.
