Namhook Holdings has invested in the Aus community by covering the voluntary school fees contribution amounting to N$50,000 for the Marmer Primary School learners.

The school has 228 learners.

Speaking at the handing-over of the donation, Namhook Holding Board Chairperson Paulus Kasita said the company believes every child, regardless of their background, deserves access to education.

Moreover, Kasita urged the learners to believe in their potential and become productive citizens.

"It is not enough to dream; it is enough to place all of those building blocks, the foundation of building blocks of believing that you can be a doctor, that you can be a lawyer, that you can be a chef, that you can be a fireman, and that you can be a teacher. None is more important than the other. What is important is to put in your mind that you are a product of this country, and you give your best to this country; then we will succeed as a nation," said Kasita.

Principal Anita Hangue described Namhook Holdings' generosity as an act of investing in learners' future.

"This kind of selfless contribution serves as a reminder of the power of community and corporate social responsibility. Namhook Holdings has not only demonstrated a commitment to their business but also to the future of students and our educational environment."

The donation will be utilised to enhance the educational experience at the Marmer Primary School.
