NamPost, the national postal operator, has handed a commemorative stamp to President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, celebrating her inauguration as the country’s 5th Head of State.

A commemorative stamp honouring former President Nangolo Mbumba has also been issued.

Dr. Simeon Amunkete, Chairperson of the NamPost Board, remarked that the tradition of commemorative stamps began with the late Founding President Sam Nujoma and helps preserve Namibia’s history.

The stamps are available at selected NamPost offices across the country.
