A recent event brought together top-tier coaches from around the world to share their knowledge on advanced training techniques, stroke development, athlete psychology, and long-term swimmer progression.

Namibian coach Diego Kahlari was in attendance.

"This clinic has been an eye-opening experience," Kahlari said. "I've learned new ways to approach training, athlete motivation, and performance development. These are strategies I'm excited to bring back home to uplift our swimmers and coaches."

Kahlari also took the opportunity to network with some of the world's top swimming minds, creating connections that could open new doors for Namibian athletes.

"Meeting and exchanging ideas with world-class coaches has been inspiring," Kahlari said. "I believe this knowledge will help Namibia take big steps forward in competitive swimming."

Kahlari's participation shows a strong commitment to developing swimming in Namibia, and local athletes are set to benefit directly from the global expertise he is bringing back.
