Former President Nangolo Mbumba has toured the newly inaugurated Swapo Party headquarters in Windhoek, visiting key offices and facilities in the newly completed building.
During the visit, Mbumba was taken through the party's main auditorium, the Office of the Vice President, and the Office of the Secretary General, as well as the office dedicated to the late Founding President Sam Nujoma and former President Hifikepunye Pohamba.
He also viewed various administrative sections designed to support the party's day-to-day operations.
Mbumba was impressed by the design, functionality and quality of the building.
The new headquarters provides a modern administrative hub for its leadership and staff.
The building was officially inaugurated by President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah in April, coinciding with the party's 66th anniversary, commemorating its founding as a liberation movement on 19 April 1960.
The facility reflects Swapo's commitment to strengthening its institutional capacity while preserving its historical legacy for future generations.
