SWAPO stalwart Erkki Nghimtina was laid to rest this morning at the Eenhana Memorial Shrine in the Ohangwena Region. The former minister passed away at his home in Edundja Village on February 8th at the age of 78. 

Fish farmers in Kavango East rely on natural pond plants for six months

Some fish farmers in Kavango East have now resorted to letting their fish feed on the plant material found in and around the ponds for six months. 


Farmers say they are unable to secure subsidised fish feed from the government due to shortages.
