The Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus, has confirmed that the government is actively working to establish the Office of the Information Commissioner in line with the implementation of Namibia's Access to Information Act.

The Executive Director at the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) says some Namibians believe that corruption is not much of a concern in the country. 

Graham Hopwood is now advising locals to assist in preventing corruption from becoming worse. 

The Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus, has presented regulations critical for enacting the Access to Information Act, 2022.
