Church leaders from different denominations and community members gathered in Keetmanshoop to observe the National Prayer Day. 

The national spiritual event addresses various societal challenges, particularly those related to gender-based violence and road accidents.

As the country mourns the passing of the Founding President, Dr. Sam Nujoma, church leaders keep him and his family in their prayers, reminding churchgoers of the significant role he played during the liberation struggle and after Namibia's independence.

The streets of Rehoboth were filled with chants and an air of determination as the community staged a large-scale protest against the ongoing issue of drug abuse, which has plagued the town for years.
