The African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) has held regional consultations at the |Khomas Regional Council office in Windhoek to assess Namibia's progress in implementing recommendations from its Country Review Report and National Programme of Action.

Only a handful of locals turned up for the regional stakeholder consultations on the proposed commission for the Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) Bill at Nkurenkuru, Kavango West.

The attendance was described as rather disappointing.

The Ministry of Health and Social Services is conducting regional consultations on the Universal Health Care Bill.

The consultations will discuss key provisions of the Bill, including access rights and financing reforms.
