The Popular Democratic Movement will commemorate the life of former Ovaherero Ombara Otjitambi and leader of the  Democratic Turnhalle Alliance (DTA)  Clemens Kapuuo on Tuesday afternoon.

Kapuuo was assassinated by an unidentified gunman in Windhoek On Easter Monday in 1978.
