President Nangolo Mbumba has advocated for educational exchanges and training between Namibia and Finland, particularly in the new oil and gas industries. 

His comments came during a meeting with a parliamentary delegation from Finland at the State House.

President Nangolo Mbumba has reassured the diplomatic community of Namibia's commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and partnerships, continuing the legacy of the late President Hage Geingob. 

The Namibia Tourism Board will continue to market and promote Namibia as a preferred travel destination for the rest of the world. 

Its last promotion was at the International Tourism Trade Fair in Berlin earlier this month. 

1.6 million SIM cards have been registered across the country as of last month.

President Nangolo Mbumba, accompanied by First Lady Sustjie Mbumba, arrived in Botswana to attend the memorial of the late President Dr. Hage Geingob, scheduled to take place tomorrow in Gaborone. 

Before the memorial, President Mbumba paid a courtesy visit to Botswana's President, Mokgweetsi Masisi.
