Lungu family case postponed in Pretoria High Court

The main case in which the Zambian government wants the family of the late former President Edgar Lungu to hand over his body was postponed in the Pretoria High Court in South Africa.

The Court has since adjourned the matter for judgement before Friday.

High Court to pronounce itself on Fishrot challenge

The Windhoek High Court is poised to announce its judgement today in response to a challenge by the Fishrot accused.

 

James Hatuikulipi, former Justice Minister Sacky Shanghala, and two of their co-accused want High Court Judge Kobus Miller removed from the bench, citing his age.

 

Xinfeng Investment judgement postponed

Judge Ramon Maasdorp has postponed the judgement in the case of Xinfeng Investment - a Chinese lithium miner whose mining license was revoked by the Ministry of Mines and Energy.  

The judgment has been set for next week Friday.

No end to BoN, Trustco tussle
