The Tukwatha Youth Organisation has officially embarked on a new chapter following the appointment of its new National Executive Secretariats. The announcement was made by the president of the Tukwatha Youth Organisation, Hendrina Kudhingililwa, who emphasised that the leadership reshuffle marks more than just a routine transition; it represents a generational shift in vision, energy, and action.
The newly appointed National Executive Secretaries are:
Kevin Kevanhu – Deputy Secretary General & Secretary for Training and Capacity Building
Kennedy Tjongarero – Secretary for Research, Policy, International Relations and Exchange
Zoleka Mumbela – Secretary for Economic Development and Innovation
Ester Akawa – Secretary for Environment, Agriculture, and Sustainability
Nadine Kawiwa – Secretary for Gender Equality, Advocacy and Human Rights
Likius Hailaula – Secretary for Health and Social Welfare
Yashna Mira Nekuiyu – Secretary for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
Lisse Daniel – Secretary for Legal Affairs, Education and Governance
To ensure continuity in leadership, we have retained several key national leaders in their current roles, striking a balance between innovation and stability.

Meanwhile, the Khomas Regional Executive Committee has become the first region to complete its restructuring for the 2025–2030 term.

The restructuring process will now continue across the remaining 13 regions, with similar appointments and realignments expected to follow.
President Kudhingilwa has called on all newly appointed leaders to serve with integrity and lead with purpose, highlighting that the organisation's vision remains rooted in unity, action, and inclusive development.
