The National Democratic Party (NDP) held its first meeting at Katima Mulilo in the Zambezi Region on Sunday to welcome its president since he joined the National Assembly in March of this year.

Prince Musweu, the NDP National Coordinator, announced that the meeting also served to welcome 700 new members to the party.

Musweu stated that, in addition to receiving new members and welcoming the party president, the meeting was also aimed at introducing its district coordinators.

The NDP is also introducing its candidates for the upcoming regional and local authority elections.
