Namibia's national golf team finished fourth in the team stroke play competition at the Africa Region 5 Golf Championship in Eswatini.

The championship started on Tuesday and concluded on Friday after three rounds of competition.

Namibia was represented by Likuis Nande, Kyle Johnson, Wensley Hoseb and Todd Parker at the regional tournament.

The team competed against golfers from across Southern Africa.

After three rounds, Namibia secured fourth place in the team stroke play standings.

In the individual competition, two Namibian golfers finished inside the top 10.

Likuis Nande finished sixth overall, while Kyle Johnson placed seventh.

Wensley Hoseb and Todd Parker also contributed to Namibia's result in the team competition.

The tournament provided international competition experience for the Namibian golfers on the regional stage.
