The build-up to the NFA Cup 2026 Final continues ahead of the title matches set for 27 June at the Independence Stadium in Windhoek.

As part of the preparations, the Namibia Football Association held a press conference at Soccer House, bringing together coaches and captains from the finalist teams.

For all four teams in the finals, the message was consistent, with a focus on training, discipline and preparation ahead of the title matches.

The UNAM FC men's side spoke about the work done on fitness, tactics and mental preparation as they look to compete for the title.

The vice captain added that the squad has remained motivated and united throughout its preparations for the final.

In the women's section, Khomas Nampol Ladies highlighted structured training sessions and match simulations as they complete their preparations.

Their captain said the team is ready mentally and physically and understands the importance of the match.

NDF Mighty Gunners Ladies also reflected on their preparations, highlighting work on both attacking and defensive structures ahead of the final.

The team captain said the squad is ready for the challenge on match day.

With preparations nearly complete, attention now turns to the Independence Stadium on 27 June, where the men's and women's champions of the NFA Cup 2026 will be crowned.
