Self-challenge is a source that can push one to do better, and when you put it to the test, seemingly impossible things become possible.
Max Feilmeier from Delta Secondary School in the Khomas Region took first place in the Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Advanced Subsidiary Level Examinations, and he says for him, it was all about challenging himself.
In an interview with Good Morning Namibia, Feilmeier says he turned defeat against a fellow learner in a past exam into revenge, arming himself to ensure he secures the number one spot in the country.
He says it took practice and multiple sources of study material to succeed.
Feilmeier says one must practice understanding a subject, more than simply knowing about it.
