Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa paid tribute to the country's liberation fighters on Monday as Zimbabwe marked its 46th National Heroes' Day in Harare under the theme "Lest We Forget".

The Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) and the University of Namibia (UNAM) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in the field of Health and Applied Sciences, in a move aimed at strengthening collaboration between the two institutions.

Namibia, through the Namibia Training Authority, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China and South Africa to collaborate on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). 

The Minister of Works and Transport Veikko Nekundi has appointed interim boards for the Public Assets Management Agency of Namibia (PAMA) and a temporary board for the Namibia Airports Company (NAC).

The appointments are aimed at improving management of public assets and governance.

The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Economy and Industry, Public Administration and Planning has conducted a public hearing on household debts and lending practices in ||Kharas Region. 

The public hearing was held at Keetmanshoop.
