Residents of Iingapanda Village in the Omusati Region are still waiting for approval to build a community clinic, despite securing funding and completing the required documentation.

The One Economy Foundation's 2026 #BeFree Big Talk brought together young leaders, policymakers and development partners in Windhoek to discuss practical solutions to youth unemployment, entrepreneurship, education, mental health and climate action. 

Medical personnel from Dr Aluteni Dental Practice conducted an outreach programme to promote oral health at Ontinda Combined School in the Oshana Region.

Learners received free toothpaste and brushes and were educated on proper dental hygiene and care.

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Inge Zaamwani, has officially handed over the Oshana Integrated Regional Land Use Plan to the regional council, marking a significant step towards coordinated and sustainable land use in the region.

Church leaders from different denominations and community members gathered in Keetmanshoop to observe the National Prayer Day. 

The national spiritual event addresses various societal challenges, particularly those related to gender-based violence and road accidents.
