Speaker of the National Assembly, Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila, is leading a delegation of Namibian lawmakers to the 151st Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly, held this week in Geneva, Switzerland.

Speaker of the National Assembly, Professor Peter Katjavivi, will lead a delegation of Members of Parliament to the 148th IPU Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland, from March 23 to 27, 2024, with a focus on international cooperation, peacebuilding, and addressing pressing global challenges. 

The Head of Mission from Switzerland, Dr. Nicholas Bruhl, bid farewell to President Hage Geingob at State House following the end of his diplomatic tour of duty.

He was based in Pretoria, South Africa, and concurrently accredited to Namibia.
