Naomi Fisch’s lawyer told the Rehoboth Magistrate's Court that Mandrax is not classified as a dangerous drug under the law but rather as a dependence-producing substance, as the bail hearing in the matter continued with cross-examination of senior police officer Pendukeni Nghuluwa.

In the ongoing Fishrot trial, Acting Judge Moses Chinhengo has maintained that he will continue presiding over the case, as his appointment, an executive decision, remains valid unless overturned by a court of law.
