SBM Offshore Africa, a Dutch company specializing in the design, construction, and operation of floating production, storage, and offloading vessels for the oil and gas industry, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Petroleum Training and Education Fund (PETROFUND) in the capital.
