Stakeholders convened in Rundu to discuss issues affecting people with disabilities in the Kavango Region.

The point is to find solutions to the challenges they often face.

Otjozondjupa Governor James Uerikua has called upon the local authorities to fast-track the delivery of land and housing for the men and women in uniform.

One person died in a fatal accident this morning on the B2 road outside Arandis involving a single cab bakkie and a truck. 

The accident was caused by sandstorms.
