The Miss Namibia Organisation has announced a prize package worth over N$1.6 million for the reigning queen, Johanna Swartbooi.

This includes a Toyota Starlet Cross, a N$750,000 fully furnished home and a three-year scholarship of N$150,000.

Other sponsors include NamPost, which awarded the winner a fixed-term deposit of N$30,000, while the first and second runners-up received N$15,000 and N$5,000, respectively.

Reigning Miss Namibia Johanna Swartbooi expressed her gratitude.

"I want to remind you of the day you said last year at the finals when you said maybe we'll take Ms Namibia to Vaal grass next year. It was maybe a comment you didn't think through, but that was what really reignited my dream to return to this platform."

All top 10 finalists received NamPost Visa Smart Cards loaded with N$1,500, a private mailbox and access to financial literacy training.

Head of Marketing at Pupkewitz Toyota, Charmaine Indongo, said, "This car is not just a vehicle, it is a symbol of freedom, opportunity and new possibilities. For us, sponsorship means more, far more than just putting Miss Namibia in the driving seat. It is about empowering women, young women, to navigate their own journeys with confidence and determination. When a girl is empowered, she becomes a force for positive change, uplifting her community and inspiring others to dream bigger."

Debmarine was the main sponsor.

Debmarine's Communications Manager, Stella Ipinge, said, "You are not only role models but also ambassadors of hope. At Debmarine Namibia, we believe in the power of dreams and the brilliance born from perseverance. Just as diamonds are formed under pressure, so you too have emerged, radiant and resilient."

NBC's Director General Stanley Similo commended all those who supported this journey.

"We really want to thank you, because if you had not believed in what we are doing, we would not be here today. You have shown that you are a true partner."
