The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT)has added its voice to those congratulating nbc entertainment producer Jackzee Tsaraeb, following his landmark win at the inaugural African Media Awards, held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, last week.

In a statement issued, ICT Minister Emma Theofelus congratulated Tsaraeb on scooping the special category award at the event with the documentary film "The Evolution of Namibian Music".

That success, she said, demonstrates the potential of the local industry to compete and thrive internationally and aligns with the nation's vision of fostering innovation, cultural expression and digital transformation.
