The Namibia Rugby Union (NRU) is finalising operational arrangements for Saturday, 10 October 2026, when three championship matches will take place at the Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek, following a briefing with media organisations on venue access, production zones, and restricted areas.

The briefing aimed to ensure smooth coordination between broadcasters, match officials, and key stakeholders as the venue prepares to host the Women's, Reserve League, and Premier League title deciders.

The NRU met with media representatives, including official broadcasters NBC and NTV, to outline operational procedures ahead of the tournament schedule. Production crews were guided through the stadium to inspect designated areas for cameras, social media teams, and operational staff.

Restricted zones were clearly identified, including spaces reserved strictly for coaching staff, referees, medical personnel, and match officials. Media crews were also instructed to keep designated walkways clear to handle the expected high volume of spectators and operational personnel.

The matchday schedule on Saturday, 10 October, features three consecutive title deciders, beginning with the Women's Final at 12:00, followed by the Reserve League Final at 14:00.

The Premier League Final will conclude the day's proceedings at 16:00, as champions are crowned across all three divisions at the Hage Geingob Stadium.
