Teenager appears in Rundu Magistrate’s Court over Sipilikita's murder

After investigating for over a year, police in the Kavango East Region seem to have moved a step further regarding the death of 18-year-old Malaka Sipilikita. 

This came as 17-year-old Malakiia Simuketa appeared in the Rundu Magistrate’s Court on a summons, 15 months after Sipilikita's murder.

Some workers at the Merlus Fishing factory in Walvis Bay are still apprehensive about returning to work following an ammonia leak that they were exposed to on Wednesday.

The ammonia leak occurred at a fishing vessel that was being repaired near the factory.
