A special envoy of Pope Francis says the Vatican City State conveys its warmest blessings to Namibia and its people on Namibia's 35th independence anniversary.

The Omaheke Region is set to benefit from India's assistance in the areas of agriculture, small and medium enterprises, information technology, and scholarship programmes for youth.
