The Oshana Regional Electoral Office in Oshakati is making final preparations to ensure a smooth Presidential and National Assembly Election next Wednesday.

As elections draw closer, residents of Oranjemund and the Rosh Pinah settlement are eagerly waiting for the day.

The common sentiment among the voters is the desire for everyone to have their voice heard and shape the future of the country through the ballot. 

The president of the Namibia Economic Freedom Fighters (NEFF), Epafras Mukwiilongo, has called on his party supporters to rally behind the party and vote decisively in the upcoming elections.

Mukwiilongo made the call at the party's final mega rally at Okatana in the Oshana Region.

Some polling officials undergoing election training in Nkurenkuru, Kavango West Region, are threatening to boycott or not work at the elections on November 27 if their request is not met. 

Residents of Shamaturu and nearby villages in the Kavango East Region came together on Thursday to celebrate the official opening of a much-awaited clinic, bringing vital healthcare services closer to the community.
