Ongos Valley recently hosted its first-ever Rugby Sevens tournament, which took place in three different towns, starting in Keetmanshoop and Swakopmund, with the grand finale held in the capital this past Saturday.

Launched last month in the capital, the Dr. Hage Geingob Cup will take centre stage in its final edition on Saturday, October 19.

The teams competing for top honours in the 10th edition unveiled their official kits today.

The Landless People's Movement (LPM) missed its target of having 71% youth representation in the parliamentary list and has instead reached only 45%.
 
LPM announced its list of 92 candidates for the National Assembly at the electoral convention held over the weekend in Windhoek.
