The National Democratic Party (NDP), led by President Martin Lukato, launched its manifesto, outlining a vision to address Namibia's key challenges. Lukato emphasized the party's dedication to transforming healthcare, tackling youth unemployment, and promoting transparency in government.

President Nangolo Mbumba congratulated President Abdelmadjid Tebboune of Algeria on his re-election.

President Mbumba highlighted that President Tebboune's re-election, with 84% of the vote, clearly demonstrates the confidence and trust the people of Algeria have in his leadership and vision.

Members of the Mine Workers Union of Namibia (MUN) Northern Region branch have been cautioned to steer clear of tribalism and internal conflicts. This warning was issued by the union's Acting Vice President, Mbidhi Shavuka, during the 13th Northern Regional Biennial Conference held in Tsumeb. 

Churches have been encouraged to actively promote peace, foster a sense of belonging, and engage young people in community development efforts.
