The Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety, and Security is urging individuals who have applied for identification documents to collect them as soon as possible. 

These uncollected documents are piling up, not only in Windhoek but across regional offices, creating a significant backlog.

In a bid to ensure that every Namibian has access to vital information and contraceptive options, the Ministry of Health and Social Services, in collaboration with UNFPA and the One Economy Foundation, has launched the Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptive (LARC) campaign.

A significant road improvement project is underway along Eneas Peter Nanyemba Street in Windhoek.

This ambitious project, constructed for N$381 million, aims to transform the current road into a dual carriageway, stretching over a distance of 6.1 kilometres.
