O&L acquires full ownership of Broll Namibia

The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group has announced the successful acquisition of the remaining 49.9% shares in Broll Namibia, formerly owned by the Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd.

This transaction, which became effective on 1 July 2024, makes O&L the sole shareholder.

The Namibia Sports Commission, in collaboration with the MTC Dome, recently launched the 2024 Namibia Sports Expo in Swakopmund.
