Hosted annually, this year's edition of the Gobabis Gymnasium Sports Day captivated the attention of both organizers and participants.

The event, which encompasses rugby and netball, is hosted annually and has seen regular participation from teams in Windhoek, Stampriet, and Gobabis, among others.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has been declared the winner of Sunday's presidential elections in Venezuela. 

Elvis Amoroso, the president of the Venezuelan electoral authority, said Maduro secured a third six-year term with 51.2% of the vote.
