The Oshana Regional Council launched four strategic plans to enhance effective service delivery to the community of Oshana and its stakeholders. 

These are the Procedural Manual on Land Allocation in Settlement Areas, the ICT Strategy, the Multi-Hazard Contingency Plan, and the Communication Strategy.

A flagrant violation of the Child Care and Protection Act of 2015 has been reported from Nzinze village, situated in the Musese constituency of the Kavango West Region, where four minor girls have been abandoned by both their parents.
