The Brave Warriors have qualified for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, after Cameroon defeated Burundi by 3 to 0 in the last group match decider in which Cameroon and Namibia made it through from a tightly contested group C.

They are joining four other COSAFA teams.

The 26th Namibian Police Force's National Sports Championship has officially been launched and games are underway at the Outjo stadium in the Kunene Region.

There are 1058 participants from all 14 regions of the country,  who will compete in different sport codes from the 12th to the 16th of September. 

Namibia Netball Association President Rebecca Goagoses has expressed her dissatisfaction over the absence of young netball players at the recently held Otjozondjupa Governor's Cup.

Graduation is not an end in itself, but a new beginning in self-challenge.

This was the message at the Namibian College of Open Learning's (NAMCOL) graduation ceremony, where 330 students reaped the fruits of their hard work.

Kavango East's Chief Dentist, Dr. Elizabeth Hausiku-Elago, says the region is benefiting from the various developments made in the dentistry field.
