President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says stable energy supply is one of Namibia's key enablers and needs serious attention if the country is to tackle high unemployment.

The safety and security sector has received the second largest allocation, amounting to N$17 billion, which accounts for 19,5% of the total budget of N$106 billion.
