The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has warned private vehicle owners contracted for the upcoming Kamanjab Constituency by-election to strictly follow the rules or risk losing their contracts.

Swapo Party candidate Titus Rugondo has pledged to work closely with residents of the Sesfontein Constituency if elected in the upcoming by-election scheduled for Tuesday.

A total of 94 election officials have been trained and grouped into 18 teams, ready for deployment on June 17.
