 The Minister of Urban and Rural Development (MURD), James Sankwasa, has received the Best Exceptional Achievement in Southern Africa in Housing and Urban Development, 2025, from the Africa Housing Awards.

 He received the award in Abuja, Nigeria, on Friday.
