Zeraeua Traditional Authority Chief Christian Manasse Zeraua has expressed hope that the legal framework training undertaken by his counsels and staff will equip them to address conflicts.

Zeraeua voiced this on the sidelines of a one-week workshop underway at Otjiwarongo.
