The Masubia Traditional Authority has called on the government to fast-track development in the Muyako area.

The authority stated that the delay of multiple projects and lack of adequate services continue to be a challenge for the community.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Land Reform has observed a heavy locust infestation in the Lake Lyambezi belt areas of Muyako to Kapani in the Zambezi Region.
