State not ready to proceed with Elindi, Namcor bail appeal

Tsumkwe grant beneficiaries unhappy over slow Nampost payments

Social grant beneficiaries at Tsumkwe and surrounding villages have expressed dissatisfaction about the slow process of Nampost payments.

Nampost took over from Epupa Investment in October last year, and beneficiaries want that company to do their pay-outs. 

Protesters demand bail for Cloete brothers

The bail application hearing for the Cloete brothers is set to continue today.

Gobabis boy, 13, appears in court over double murder

A 13-year-old boy from Gobabis appeared in the Gobabis Magistrate’s Court charged with the fatal stabbing of a 26-year-old woman and her three-year-old daughter, a case that has shocked the community.

Ndara planted mahangu, beans, maize, and groundnuts; however, from 21 December, he began to notice locusts in the crop field.

MEIYSAC allocates N$10 million to revive NAMAs
