A 31-year-old man succumbed to his injuries after he was struck with a wine bottle during an argument at a bar at Onathinge village in the Oshikoto Region on Sunday.

The Prime Minister's office has rejected claims that the distribution of drought relief rice to the Oshikoto Region was influenced by tribal factors.
